The Strategic Plan is a blueprint for continued and further success of the Cincinnatus Central School district, drawn up by a Core Team (made up of school administration, faculty and high school students) and two Task Forces. The plan was tailored specifically to fit exactly the needs and interests of Cincinnatus. The Vision, Mission, Beliefs and Parameters of CCS directed the Strategic Intents, which are goals that may be carried out through Key Initiatives and Action Plans. The School and Community Task Force Report outlines our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT analysis) and the team's proposed solutions to address the Weaknesses and Threats. Though the plan was originally submitted in 2012, it is an ongoing process for the betterment of all in our school community.
