Todd M. Freeman has 11 years of experience as a school administrator. He currently serves as a principal at Split Rock Elementary School in the West Genesee Central School District, a position he began in July of 2010. He previously served as assistant principal at West Genesee Middle School from 2007-2010. Prior to administration, he worked 12 years as a classroom teacher, citing experience in grades 4, 5 and 6 in the Skaneateles and East Syracuse Minoa (ESM) districts. Outside the classroom, Freeman also worked as an assistant varsity football coach in Skaneateles and ESM and as a boy’s head varsity lacrosse coach at ESM. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Syracuse University; a master’s degree in reading education from SUNY Cortland; and an SDA in educational leadership from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
