The Elementary Library section is used by kindergarten through sixth grade.  The children are allowed to borrow books from the library for recreational reading practice.  The kindergarten through third grade classes participate in library study classes once every six days, while the fourth through sixth grade classes participate in library study classes twice every six days.  These classes are designed to teach the children basic library skills and practices for future research.  The library holds two annual book fairs for the elementary students.  The book fair consists of hundreds of books, puzzles, school supplies, and other "neat" items for the children to purchase.  The book fair is brought to the school by Scholastic Books through the cooperation between the library and the Parent Teacher Organization.  The library also sponsors a Dr. Seuss night in cooperation with the Cincinnatus Education Association around the time of Dr. Seuss' birthday.  Volunteers read Dr. Seuss stories to students and there is a free green eggs and ham dinner available to anyone who wants to come.
