Seeking School Board Candidates

Petitions are available to run for a seat on the Cincinnatus Board of Education.

The terms of two Cincinnatus Board of Education members are up for election May 20, 2025 at the budget vote and board member election. The two candidates with the most votes will serve three-year terms commencing July 1, 2025 and expiring on June 30, 2028.

To be on the ballot, candidates must be qualified to vote in school elections in the Cincinnatus Central School District, be a resident of the district one year prior to May 20, 2025 and file a petition with 25 signatures of qualified school district voters before 5:00 p.m. April 21, 2025. Petitions are available on our website or you may pick up from the District Office.
