Back to PTO

      This year the PTO once again hosted a free breakfast for children and their families to enjoy in the school cafeteria. The menu consisted of pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, applesauce, bananas, and oranges as well as milk, coffee, hot chocolate, and Hi-C. We served about 275 breakfasts! We had many families stop by to enjoy the time with each other and with other friends. Each of the children received a small goody bag from Santa and could get their picture taken. There were crafts for the children to do while they waited to tell Santa if they had been good boys or girls.
     We had a great many volunteers who worked behind the scenes decorating, cooking, serving, and cleaning up. Several businesses donated the food and supplies for breakfast. Special thanks to all who helped to make the event special for our families. Extra special thanks to Santa for stopping by.
