Alessia Davis, a junior at Cincinnatus who attends Seven Valleys New Tech Academy in Cortland, was one of three Seven Valleys students to be inducted in the Seven Valleys chapter of the National Honor Society. The induction was on Tuesday May 21, 2024.

Additionally, on Thursday May 23, 2024, Alessia Davis, who is also a member of the Rotary Interact Club, in conjunction with the Cortland Breakfast Rotary Club,  at Seven Valleys, received a full scholarship to attend the 41st Rotary Youth Leadership Conference at SUNY Oneonta from June 30 - July 3, 2024.

The objective of the Rotary Youth Leadership Conference is: to offer an outstanding high school incoming senior the opportunity to work, live, and play together in an atmosphere of friendly competition which will offer a challenge to accept the responsibilities of Leadership. 85 other students from the 42 Rotary clubs in our region were selected to attend. Students are selected for leadership potential, good citizenship, their desire to attend the conference, and for academic scholarship and achievement. Alessia is the first student ever from the Cortland Breakfast Rotary Club to be selected to participate in this conference.
